Phnom Penh has gradually developed throughout the years. Many have experienced the various changes the city went through. One of the many changes that is obvious to people’s eyes is the infrastructures. Both a local and foreigner would ask, how these changes in architecture and infrastructures came about. It is rather simple, these design developments Phnom Penh has been facing is the beginning of a new erea in construction and interior designing.

An inspirational new beginning for Phnom Penh’s interior and exterior renovations, and construction has become the foundation of J-KaD Cambodia, which started late 2014. The owner of this company had been inspired by previous work in this area to display own creative ideas of “aesthetics” into Phnom Penh’s commercial and residential areas. Thus, having processed inventive designs motivated the owner to begin the company.

Through several experiences from various design and renovation companies in Cambodia, emerged a determined company to assist and serve Cambodia’s conceptualization and development in interior/exterior designing and its implementation. J-KaD was developed from the incomplete provisions of previous companies, thus serving as motivation for a committed individual for this company to arise, not only to continue the old but also to continue with new innovative designs and technologies in the field of construction and renovations.

J-KaD is a new name in the market but equipped with expert professionals who are well trained and with well-rounded experiences, specializing in different areas from designing to architectural to structural to interiors, whose passion is within their natural skills. From this we gained a valuable reputation for delivering quality, on time, and on budget services, and trust from various clients.

Having said so, J-KaD expound its services to cater M&E as part of the interior installation of the building. Not only electrical, network, and plumbing did J-KaD rendered but started to engage in fire and smoke alarm system installation. Since this fields work hand-in-hand to complete a structure and to lessen the coordination of various group in certain construction project. Again, the company invested in few equipment and add manpower for this services.

Product and service expansion was envisioned by J-KaD that brought the company to venture in the field of elevators/escalator installations. After a couple of years in renovation and engineering services, the company engaged in supporting various elevator suppliers for installation requirements. With skilled team, J-KaD has gained the competence of elevator suppliers in supporting its requirements. Not only the company gained competence but reputation in the installation of these various elevators.

J-KaD is working with various partners and suppliers to be able to offer a full design and build services to meet clients’ requirement and budget.
